SB800 flitser
Speedlight SB-800 met draadloze i-DDL-flitssturing ontwikkelt de technologie verder dan de D-TTL van de D1-serie. Het introduceert functies zoals geavanceerde draadloze verlichting (draadloze afstandsbediening voor meerdere flitsers), vergrendeling van de flitswaarde (FV Lock), Auto FP High-Speed Sync en communicatie van flitskleurinformatie. Het beschikt ook over de AF-hulpverlichting voor een breed gebied die is afgestemd op de 11-gebieds Multi-CAM 2000 AF-sensormodule van de D2H. Extra functies zijn onder meer een ingebouwde groothoekflitsadapter voor 14 mm groothoeklensdekking, GN 38/53 (ISO 100/200, bij 35 mm) en flitsdekking van 24 mm tot 105 mm bij gebruik van de automatische zoomfunctie (in zoomstappen van 5 mm tussen 35 en 105 mm).
